Rhubarb with amarettini crumble

mixed 2015 June 027Apple-rhubarb and strawberry with amarettini crumble and és vanilla flavoured quark, it’s heaven. On the top of that this dessert is ready in half an hour without baking.

Ingredients for four persons: 350 gr apples, 300 gr rhubarbs, 200 gr strawberries, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbs lemon juice, 40 gr amarettini, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oatmeal, 200 gr quark, 2 packs of vanilla sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel and uncore 350 grams apples, and cut into cubes or slices. Clean the 300 grams of rhubarb and cut into 1 cms each. Wash strawberries and cut in half. Place the fruits in a pot, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to them. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Crush Amarettini in a blender.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan, add Amarettini crumbles and the 1 tablespoon oatmeal. Fry them for 5 minutes.
  4. Flavour the quark with the vanilla sugar and with two teaspoons form noodles from quark. When the rhubarb-strawberry-apple compot is cool enough top with the quark noodles. It is so refreshing you wont’t believe it!mixed 2015 June 032
