Directions: Clean the vegetables, cut into two centimeters tick. Pour two liters of milk or water into a pan, place the julienned vegetables into. Flavor with nutmeg, salt and pepper. When the vegetables are tender strain the water or milk but keep it for later. Smash the vegetables with a fork.
