Zucchini with prawn

This Italian appetizer is a great hit whenever you serve to your family or friends!

Ingredients: 2 zucchinis, 200 gr prawns, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 yellow Spanish bell pepper, 1 teaspoon curry, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice

Methods: Preheat the oven for 200 Celsius.

Peel the zucchinis and the Spanish bell pepper, and arrange both of then in a fire proof pot. Salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile wash the prawns and add grated garlic to olive oil, flavor with the lemon juice and with the curry. Pour mixture over prawns. Finally scatter on the   zucchini bed. Mix everything with your hand then place into the oven a bake for 8 minutes! It will be an excellent appetizer!P1100715.JPG
