This delicious, cold buffet food has a funny Hungarian name if I translated into English it would sound like “egg wanted”, but in the kitchen term it means stuffed egg.
Ingredients: 6 cooked eggs, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp of horseradish, salt and pepper, 1 pinch of sugar, butter, 1 purple onion, chives, parsley to garnish
Directions: Cook the eggs then wait until they are cooled down. Cut them halves, place the white parts on a plate. Then spoon out the yellow parts from the eggs and put them into a bowl. Add finely chopped onion to it, salt and pepper to taste. Flavor with mustard and horseradish and with a pinch of sugar. Working with a fork, make a smooth cream, adding some butter in order to have a smooth, velvet cream. When our egg cream is ready stuff the egg whites with it.
